Our company based in Prato Italy founded 1973, has been covering Lycra yarns using Hi-Tec Hamel elasto twist machines since 1987.
We work mainly on a contractor basis, providing in some cases the elastane yarn.
We currently process filament and spun yarns like polyester, nylon, cotton, wool, viscose etc. gray and colored, for weaving and seamless knitting.
Here as follows a brief description of our structure:
1) Three separated winding operations. No pollution, possibility of processing colored and grey
Yarns conteporaneously.
Winding machines provided with electronic cleaners.
2) Six Hamel elasto twist with 220 spindles, upper creel for third effect.
3) One Hamel elasto twist with 60 spindles for small lots
4) Vacuum steaming operation
